  15. Recommend and coordinate financial, accounting, payroll, and business service providers.

  16. Provide Board governance training and ongoing support to ensure effective oversight.

  17. Align curriculum, instructional programs, technology, and educational resources with school goals.

  18. Procure instructional materials, educational technology, and classroom resources.

  19. Support employee relations by managing communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate workplace protections.

  20. Provide strategic planning and long-term growth support to help schools achieve their academic, operational, and organizational goals.
