Natalie Cole

Columbia, SC — Tutelage School Solutions is pleased to welcome Natalie Cole as our newest Regional Director. With a strong focus on talent development and improving operational success, Natalie will support schools across our network as they continue to expand and deepen their impact. In addition to supporting future initiatives, Natalie Cole will initially work directly in supporting Libertas Academy Boiling Springs.

Natalie most recently served as the People and Talent Compensation Partner at Western Governors University. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Corporate HR at Landrum HR. She holds both a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master's degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. She is also a certified HR professional with the SHRM‑CP credentials. Natalie’s combination of HR operational expertise makes her uniquely equipped to support school leaders, teachers, and staff as Tutelage continues to grow across the state.
