COLUMBIA, SC — Tutelage School Solutions is delighted to welcome Hallie Howe to the team as its inaugural Director of Marketing and Communications. Howe will lead strategic communications, brand development, and comprehensive marketing initiatives across Tutelage’s growing network of public charter schools, strengthening connections with school communities statewide.
Howe is an accomplished marketing professional with a strong background in both higher education and legal marketing. She brings deep expertise in storytelling, media relations, and audience-focused communications. Most recently, Howe led firm-wide branding efforts, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and developed data-led, integrated digital and traditional campaigns to support growth and client engagement for a Columbia-based law firm.
Prior to her work in legal marketing, Howe served in admissions communications at the University of South Carolina, where she played a key role in enrollment marketing, content strategy, and institutional communications. Her experience in higher education has shaped a communications-first approach rooted in clarity, consistency, and mission-first storytelling.
